Meet CardioMe — an AI-powered platform for hypertension risk prediction and treatment support!
CardioMe is a next-generation medical platform designed to support personalized treatment of arterial hypertension through the analysis of individual patient data. At its core is a neural network model that predicts the probabilities of key clinical conditions (including complications) and transfers this information to a medical protocol-driven logic module that suggests customized treatment strategies.
The goal is to move from generalized hypertension therapy to data-driven personalized care, reducing the risk of stroke, heart failure, and overmedication.
